ICCL India Foundation (ICCL-IF) is a registered Public Charitable Trust/Foundation in India. Tax Exempted under Sections 80G & 12A and Approved CSR Registered Entity (CSR00084460). We are actively involved in continuous Social and Welfare Services through the Sports Entertainment Arenas mainly for the People with Differently-abled Backgrounds (DIVYANG), on Humanity perspective towards Inclusive Society in India. 

ICCL India Foundation (ICCL-IF) is a Trust/Charity Organisation that provides opportunities for Differently-abled (DIVYANG) professional players to showcase their talents/abilities and enable more accessible opportunities for their lifestyle professional career progression, including employability. New Talents (including Para-Athletes) can come from various sporting backgrounds such as Blind, Hearing/Speech Impaired, Physically Challenged, Wheelchair or Intellectual. Our HAP CUP Tournament platform objective is to spread the message of Happiness Belongs to All and benefits of inclusive society while celebrating Abilities and not Disabilities. Providing opportunities for talented players to showcase and shine further while creating new opportunities for career development. We firmly believe that “Sport’s is a fundamental right for all and an enabler for social integration and economic development” and through our various sports activities, we can support enabled-professional players and empowering our communities. We strongly believe in supporting the talented youth (DIVYANG sports players) through inclusive sports to foster their physical well-being and instil valuable life skills and hone their talents (from grassroot levels) in their chosen sports and pursue their dreams while empowering/inspiring others. 

According to the United Nations ‘2030 – Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)’ which includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), applicable disability and people with disabilities are explicitly referenced in selected goals. Sport encourages individual development, promotes gender equality, upliftment, communications, social integration and economic development. 

We are also contributing towards a Sporting Nation (for DIVYANG players) in line with Sports Authority of India (SAI), Khelo India, FIT India & TOPS visions, promoting fitness & health, develop inclusive sports culture, uplift communities through impactful sports, empowering athletes to achieve consistent sporting success and excellence both at local and international levels, particularly aiming for Paralympic Games. 

The Donation is Exempted Under Section 80G and Rules in Force, according to the Income Tax Act, 1961 Vide the Order of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Hyderabad in Unique Registration Number AACTI3331CF2024 Dated 11-11-2024, for the Asst. Years from 2025-26 to 2027-2028. 

This Trust/Foundation is Registered Under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 Vide the Order of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Hyderabad in Unique Registration Number AACTI3331CE 2024 Dated 11-11-2024, for the Asst. Years from 2025-26 to 2027-2028.
