Young and Energetic (Ex–Serviceman) Personality Entered into the Arena of the Cricket Teams consisting of Highly Spirited, Strategic and Talented Players, who are proving the Applaudable Abilities, Unmindfully ignoring their Physical Disabilities, in the name of Happiness to All.

His Advice coupled with Passion and Affection to these ‘Abled’ Young Players (Both Men and Women) is paving a Wide-Road, to travel and to achieve the great Ambitions, in the field of Cricket Entertainment, on par with their Regular Counterparts. His involvement and immersing in these Organisations (who are just ‘Humane’ in thoughts, creations and implementations), ensuring the Global Talented Platform to utilize the Sports/Games with Entertainment and to raise the Awareness, coupled with Acceptance of the Differently-Abled Communities (Both Visible and Invisible).

With the Aspirations of these Organisations, the Players are fully Inspired, Shining, Show-Causing their Abilities and throbbing to achieve the strategic Goals, with contentment Physically and Financially, in order to lead their Lives Happily.

The said personality craves to Aspire and Hope to receive, in the Names of these Acame Kids’ Wellness, the Magnanimous Helping – Hands from the Governments, MNCs, besides Like-Minds in any suitable Forms, towards the Welfare, Recognition/Service of this great ‘Able’ Class – Counterparts, of our Legendary Society.

Dharmapuri Venkataiah

Vice President, ICCL India Foundation

As a Vice President, Sri Dharmapuri is an active, retired employee of Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL), a DRDO organisation in Hyderabad, in the capacity of a Technical Officer.

Actively participating in social activities like Colony Welfare/Care and is one of the effective personalities in Bharat Bikas Parishad which is a Social Welfare Trust and other engagements.

Blessed with Three (3) sons who are well educated, working at various foreign countries like USA and UK, they constantly encourage him to service the needy and helpless people. Besides their interest and encouragement, Sri Dharmapuri is very much inclined in the activities of Sports and Games, especially the Cricket. Knowing the conditions of various differently-abled players, he decided to dedicate his services towards the upliftment and well-being of these professional players while empowering our communities for more inclusion and cohesion through the ICCL-IF organisation.

Sangeeth Silveri

Secretary, ICCL India Foundation

Sangeeth is a Technical Consultant for Garment Industry with more than 2 decades of experience has excelled in production, product development, merchandising, sales and project implementations. As a Founder and Managing Director of Kingz & Priests, presently into manufacturing of all types of Menswear. Being a seasoned leader with a background in re-engineering processes and team building, demonstrates expertise in understanding business processes and system requirements, steering teams towards new directions.

Currently as ICCL India Head, organise HAP CUP Tournament every year in India to enable the CRICKETAINMENT platform for differently-abled professional players to showcase their real abilities and be treated equally in our society through empowerment and enriching the lives of all. Highly passionate in supporting inclusive and social integration opportunities for economic prosperity

Pawan Thakur

Treasurer, ICCL India Foundation

Sri Pawan is an energetic personality and from Himachal Pradesh with a background as Electronic & Communication Engineer. Worked at various organisations including MNCs in the capacity of a Technical Advisor, besides keen specialization in the Security and Surveillance Systems Installations and ongoing Maintenance. This professional expertise earned a lot of demands and applauds, to settle in Hyderabad with family since the last 20 years.

Besides studies, his childhood activities focused more towards Sports/Games and from early days, concentrating on the living conditions of the poor and disadvantaged people and inclined to serve them in available capacities. As his family being service oriented, Daughter is studying Medicine (St Petersburg University) in order to serve the Human kind.

On curiosity, heard and seen a couple of ICCL Cricket Tournaments and interacted with Divyang Cricketers finding himself to involve and serve such ‘Able’ players and decided to be part of the ICCL-IF organisation as a true soldier and to render heart-filled efforts for the cause of upgrading/uplifting the ‘Destitutes’.

Buchi Reddy

Joint Secretary, ICCL India Foundation

Sri Buchi is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio that spans electrical contracting, construction and hospitality. His dedication to his craft, coupled with a strong philanthropic spirit has made him a respected personality in his community. One of Sri Buchi’s notable venture is the successful establishment of the Convention Centre. This state-of-art facility has become a popular venue for various events contributing to the local economy and providing valuable services to the community.

Beyond his business endeavors, Sri Buchi is deeply committed to giving back to society. Highly passionate for supporting individuals with disabilities and his philanthropic efforts have focused on initiatives that empower and improve the lives of those who face challenges. His unwavering support has earned him widespread respect and admiration. Through the ICCL-IF organisation, he continues to demonstrate the power of social entrepreneurship and compassion towards serving the much-needed communities and to make a positive impact on the world.

Rani Sarbani

Public Relations, ICCL India Foundation

Sarbani is a strategic CHRO and has around 20+ years of experience in Human Resources & Talent Management. Successfully Transformed HR Teams to focus on Talent and Performance Management, Total rewards, Employee engagements and Administration including Compliance. I regularly partnered with Industry networking Forums and HR Associations to foster continuous learning and growth.

As a Diversity and Inclusion Champion, working as an HR Advisor at “Help the Blind Foundation” organisation. Sarbani is very passionate about creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, empowering people with disabilities to achieve their potential. Also leverage my cross-functional teamwork, networking and leadership development skills to drive HR Excellence and Social Impact. Sarbani as a Public Relations professional, engages with Corporate and NGO’s to develop relationships and collaborations in driving more Social Inclusion utilising Sports Entertainment platform and empowering the communities.

Manohar Gummadiraju

I am driven by the opportunity to provide professional players the tools and resources they need to not only participate but to thrive in their lives while showcasing their talents and empowering others.

At ICCL-IF, I am deeply committed to fostering inclusivity in sports, breaking down barriers, and creating opportunities for sports professionals and para-athletes to shine and prosper. As part of the team, I oversee the implementation of digital platforms that enhance the visibility of the tournament, optimise the management of events and streamline digital communications. My expertise in technology allows me to contribute to the innovation and growth of our initiatives, ultimately helping to amplify the impact of our professional players.
